Our beef program started out simply providing for our family and close relatives. We felt it so important to know where our beef was coming from and being able to give that gift of food stability to those closest to us. In 2023, we decided that we would take a more public approach to beef sales and ventured into the niche market of local Farmer's Markets. After being fully licensed with our ODA Warehouse and Guernsey County Mobile RFE- we took on the Route 40 Cambridge Farmer's Market. We absolutely loved our season selling at the market and enjoyed having our children alongside us. In the Fall of 2023, we were nudged by so many to reach out to local business' such as Fit Meal Prep to provide our nutritious Longhorn beef to an even bigger pool of consumers. We have loved every minute of the partnership and stand in awe with how many delicious recipes Mrs. Bre Pye has produced using our most popular product, Ground Beef. Now, we are committed to delivering Grass Fed, Lean Longhorn Beef to the rest of our community. We are set up for delivery services and are able to meet the beef needs of so many others. We are blessed to be able to support local families in eating healthy, locally raised beef in Guernsey County. Whether you are on the hunt for one pound of ground beef for your fall chili, an entire side of beef or even some protein for your four legged buddies- we've got you covered!
WHY LONGHORN BEEF?

The Lord has created Longhorns to be extremely agile & healthy animals. Being divinely resourceful, Longhorns tend to be great foragers turning their caloric intake into lean & tasty beef.
Our animals are out on pasture all year long! They enjoy high quality alfalfa hay when the grass quits growing & snow hits the ground.
Taking about 2.5 years to reach a good weight for processing our steers spend their days as pasture pets & youth show animals,
We strive to utilize every part of the animal we can- so if you are ever interested in skulls, we have those avaliable for purchase as well; finished or unfinished, twisty or scoop horn, and in all sizes!
Each animal has a story, and we would love to share them with you!

Hi Sara! Since I picked up my order we made hamburgers for dinner one night, and had the steaks for dinner tonight. Oh, my, God! It was all delicious! I was really impressed with how juicy the burgers were while still being so lean. There was no grease in the pan and the burgers were delicious!
Now, the steaks. My son is 14 and a bit of a steak connoisseur already. He loved this steak and so did I! These were the best home cooked steaks we've ever had, and better than most restaurant steaks, too! You all have a great product and I look forward to supporting your family business for years to come!
